What do the lock and globe icons mean next to Board names?

A lock icon means the Board is private — only you or specific collaborators can see it. A globe icon means the Board is public — visible to everyone in your workspace.

Can the same Report appear on multiple Boards?

Yes. A single Report can be added to as many Boards as you like. Each Board can display the same Report in a different view (one Board as a Chart, another as a Table). Any changes saved to the Report will be reflected on all Boards it appears on.

Why do I see a warning saying "Some metrics may not be available for the selected dimensions"?

This warning appears when the combination of dimensions and ad networks you have selected does not fully support all the metrics in your report. This is a data availability limitation from the ad network itself, not a Segwise issue. Available metrics will still display; unavailable ones show as N/A.

What is the difference between the Fatigue Report and other report types?

The Fatigue Report is unique because it evaluates performance trends over time using consecutive-day conditions — rather than showing a single aggregated value for a period. Other report types show what performance looked like during a date range; the Fatigue Report shows which creatives are actively declining based on your custom criteria.

What does the N/A row mean in the Tag Report?

The N/A row can be present for a variety of reasons. Contact the Segwise team for clarification on your specific case.

What is the difference between a Tag Report and other report types?

The Tag Report shows one row per tag value — aggregating all creatives that share that tag value into a single row. This makes it ideal for pattern-level insights: "which creative hook style performs best?" or "which CTA drives the lowest cost-per-install?" Other report types show raw creative data; the Tag Report shows insights across your creative catalogue.

How to add description to Reports and Boards?

Click "Click to add a description" text shown below the Report / Board title at the top of the page. A text input field will appear where you can type your description. Press Enter or click away to save.

Can the same report show different date ranges on different boards?

Each Board has its own date filter that can override the report's default date range. So if Board A is set to Last 7 Days and Board B is set to Last 30 Days, the same report will display with different date windows on each Board. The report's own saved date range applies only when no Board-level filter is active.
