Who can access my data?
Only your team can access your data, and you decide who sees what:
Workspace roles: every teammate has a role, such as Member or Admin, and only admins can invite or remove people.
Sharing: boards and reports can stay private or be shared with your team, with each person set to view or edit.
Segwise does not share your data with other customers or third parties.
Does Segwise use my data to train AI models?
No. Your data is not used to train shared AI models. It is used only to power Segwise's features for your account, such as generating tags and insights from your own data. Your data remains specific to your account and is not used to improve models shared with other customers.
