Where can I find my previous chats?
All your previous chat conversations are saved in the left sidebar under the “Chats” tab. Each chat is listed with a truncated version of your first question as the title. Click on any previous chat to reopen it and continue the conversation or review past insights.
Who can view my chats?
Your chat conversations and the insights generated are private to your account and workspace. Other users in your organisation with access to the same workspace may have their own separate chat histories. They can't view your chats.
Can I bookmark my chats?
Currently Segwise doesn't allow you to bookmark the chats. We are working on it !
Can I share my chats?
Currently Segwise doesn't allow you to share the chats. We are working on it !
Can I delete my chats?
A delete icon appears when you hover over a chat in the left sidebar. You can click on it to delete the chat.
