How long until my data shows up?
After you connect an ad network or MMP, it takes a few hours for data to appear on your dashboard (longer if you have many creatives). You'll get an email the moment it's ready. As a rule of thumb, allow up to about 2 hours.
How often does data refresh?
Segwise processes each org's data once every 24 hours, fetching the previous day's data.
How much history do I get?
Trial accounts: the last 7 days are backfilled.
Paid accounts: 75 days.
