Standard MMP events appear automatically once your MMP is connected. Custom events often need to be enabled in the backend by our team:
Make sure the custom-events toggle was selected during MMP setup (Settings → Integration Hub → Connect MMP).
If custom events still show zero, send us the exact event name via chat — we'll add it for you.
After we add it, allow time for backfill. Segwise syncs once per day (previous day's data), and your MMP has its own processing latency.
Note: per event we track either total count or unique users (not both), and we can't compute user-LTV unless there's a tracked event for it.
