What gets delivered

Delivery type: Chart sends a visual chart image of your report data. Table sends the data in a tabular format. You can create two separate subscriptions — one as a Chart and one as a Table — for the same report.

Live data: Subscriptions always deliver live data at the time of each scheduled delivery, not a fixed snapshot.

Rolling date ranges: If your report uses a rolling date range (such as "Last 7 Days"), each delivery automatically reflects the most recent window at that time.

Filters: If the report has saved filters applied, those filters are included in what gets delivered. If the filters are changed and saved later, future deliveries use the updated filters.
