Create and manage Reports

Reports are individual analysis views. There are six report types:

  • Creative Report — analyse performance of individual creatives across ad networks. Break down by dimensions like Country, Campaign, Ad Group, Creative Type, and more.

  • Tags Report — compare performance grouped by creative tags (e.g., by theme, format, concept). Ideal for understanding which creative attributes drive results.

  • Launch Report — track newly launched creatives. Shows launch status alongside performance metrics to monitor creative ramp-up.

  • Fatigue Report — identify creatives showing signs of performance decline due to audience fatigue.

  • AI-Generated Creatives Report — analyse performance of creatives generated by the Creative Generation Agent. Track how AI-generated storyboards, video concepts, static images, and rendered videos perform across ad networks.

  • Blank Report — a fully customisable report where you define your own dimensions, tags, and metrics from scratch.

  1. Create a Report: Click the green "+ Create Report" button at the top of the left sidebar, or click "+" next to "Reports," or use "+ Add Report" → "Add New" from within a Board.

  2. Set a date range: Click the date filter in the top-left. Options include Latest Day, Last 7/14/30 days, This month, Last month, This quarter, Last N Days, and Custom. The "Rolling" badge means the window automatically moves forward each day.

  3. Switch between Flat Table and Pivot Table: Click "Edit table" in the Report toolbar. Flat Table shows one row per creative with no grouping. Pivot Table groups creatives under a parent dimension (e.g., Ad Network > Campaign > Ad Group > Creative) — you can expand or collapse groups using the arrow on the left.

  4. Add or remove columns: In the "Edit table" modal, check or uncheck metrics to add or remove columns.

  6. Compare periods: Click the "Compare" dropdown. Compare against Previous Period, Day ago, Week ago, Month ago, Quarter ago, Year ago, or Custom. An additional "% change" column will appear for each metric.

  7. Add tags to creatives: Click "+ Add Tags" in the Report toolbar. Segwise allows selecting up to 3 tags from the dropdown list.

  8. View as cards: For Creative Reports in Flat Table mode, click the card view icon. This shows each creative as a visual card with its thumbnail and key metrics. Card view is not available in Pivot Table mode.

  9. Download Report data: Click the download icon in the Report header. Segwise sends a CSV to your registered email address. CSV exports are limited to 1,000 rows.

  10. Analyse with AI: Click "Analyse with AI" in the Report header. This takes you to the chat section. You get an analysis of your entire report.

Note: Reports that belong to another team member appear as "Read Only." Use "Save as new" to create your own editable copy. Changes are not auto-saved — always click Save before navigating away.
