Generating Videos from Storyboards
Segwise's Creative Generation Agent allows you to create complete video files based on video storyboards. The agent automatically analyses your existing creative performance data and generates new ad creatives for you to test, including storyboards that are generated weekly.
How It Works
The Creative Generation Agent presents you with multiple video storyboard options each week. Video storyboards are scene-by-scene visual plans for video ads, with each storyboard card showing a sequence of frames with AI-generated visuals and brief text descriptions of what happens in each scene. When you click Generate on a storyboard, the Video Generation edit page opens where you can review, refine, and finalise the AI-generated storyboard before rendering it into a video.
The Video Generation Edit Page
The Video Generation edit page is where you review and refine an AI-generated video storyboard before rendering. The interface includes:
Left panel: Edit chat where you can request changes in plain language
Centre: Storyboard preview showing every scene as a thumbnail with captions, plus a Timeline below
Right panel: Details showing Concept & Direction, Character, and Voice at the whole-video level, or Voiceover, Headline, and B-roll clip details when you select a specific scene
Top bar: Video Generation title with Editing status, History button, and Close option
Bottom bar: Edit status with options to Discard changes or Save changes
Getting Started
To generate a video from a storyboard:
Go to the Agents page (left sidebar)
Select the AI Videos tab
Navigate to the Video briefs section (Storyboards we can render into videos using clips from your footage library)
Click Generate on any Video Storyboard card
What You Get
When generating videos from storyboards in Segwise, you receive:
Fully-rendered video files that are complete and finished
Video files available in different ratios
Files ready to download and launch across your ad networks
